These Terms of Service govern your use of the Iron Oak Stump Grinding website and the services we provide. By contacting us or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
Prices and quotes are estimates until confirmed by us in writing or by text. Final pricing depends on stump size, access, and site conditions, which we confirm before work begins.
We schedule work as availability allows and will confirm your appointment. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Stump grinding disturbs the ground. We contact Texas 811 to mark public utility lines where required, but 811 does not mark private lines such as sprinkler/irrigation systems, low-voltage lighting, or lines running to sheds, pools, or other structures. You agree to tell us about any private lines, pipes, or obstacles in the work area before we begin. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines that were not disclosed to us.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We perform our work with reasonable care and carry insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific job.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
